Choice of various metals and processes

At 247TailorSteel, you can have your series produced with various metals and by using different processes.

We can custom-make plates, tubes (round and square) and profiles from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. For brass, we only make plates. Thanks to laser cutting, we can create (almost) any shape you want.

Various finishing processes are available for sheet metal. For example, we can break the edges and round corners. We can also mark and/or engrave your single piece (for identification purposes), cut holes, and tap threads in holes. In addition, bending is also an option for creating 3D products from metal sheets.

Each individual process is carried out and monitored by experienced and skilled operators.

Sophia® is ideal for serial production

Our online software Sophia® offers countless advantages, but three stand out when it comes to serial production.

You only need to configure products once with material, thickness, and additional settings. You then save the parts in the parts library. From here, you can easily place your repeat order with any desired order quantity. This allows you to easily scale up (or down) the production of your series.

In Sophia®, you can engrave all your parts at the touch of a button. Sophia® automatically finds a suitable place to put the name of the part so that you, assembly workers, and other processors can quickly identify the parts. What's more, there is no need to draw engravings in the original files. And that saves time and money.

Sophia® is connected 24/7 to our machine park of more than 150 laser machines (for plates and tubes), press brakes, and deburring machines. Thanks to these numbers, we always have sufficient capacity for your order, regardless of its size and complexity. In addition, we now have six factories in Europe and are pursuing our goal of being located within 250 km of our customers.

Prices, ordering, and delivery

In our online software Sophia®, you can easily upload your drawing(s) and receive a quote within 1 minute. It doesn't matter whether you want to have a single piece or a large series produced. Prices in the metal industry vary greatly. That's why your quote is valid for 48 hours.

You can also easily indicate whether you want your series delivered or want to pick it up yourself. We deliver throughout a great part of Western Europe. Pickup is possible at your nearest branch.

Log in and upload your file

With Sophia®, you can order tailor-made metal products easily and quickly at 247TailorSteel. Go to your Sophia® dashboard and log in with your own login details. In Sophia®, you can continue working on an existing project or start a new request. Upload your STEP, DWG/DXF or TUB file. Sophia® recognises the parts in the assemblies and checks them for manufacturability.

Select your desired delivery date

Once you have configured your parts, go to the checkout. Here you can choose your desired delivery date and delivery address. In most cases, it is possible to choose delivery within 48 hours. If you order ahead, you benefit from a lower price. You can order up to 8 weeks in advance.

Get your quote within 1 minute

Once you have indicated where and when you want to receive your order, Sophia® will immediately start working on your quote. Within 1 minute, you will know the costs and can proceed to order. A quote is valid for 48 hours.
