The following materials are available from stock:

When it comes to steel, consider cold-rolled (DC01), hot-rolled (235 to 700, Corten steel) and galvanised grades (Zincor, Sendzimir and Magnelis). For stainless steel, we stock the popular alloys 430, 304 and 316 as standard. For aluminium, we stock the types AlMg3 and AlMg4.5, and for brass, CuZn37.

Minimum & maximum dimensions

We can laser cut sheet metal* with a minimum thickness of 0,5 mm and a maximum thickness of 25 mm. The minimum dimensions are 15 x 15 mm and the maximum dimensions are 2.980 x 1.480 mm. The thicknesses and dimensions vary depending on the type of metal.

Quality and tolerances

At 247TailorSteel, we laser cut metal using flatbed lasers from TRUMPF. In particular, we use the TruLaser 5030. This high-end laser machine is equipped with the BrightLine fibre and delivers cuts with extremely accurate tolerances. The result is a clean finish that is immediately ready for further processing, assembly or installation.
