Available types of brass

We typically process CuZn37 HH brass sheets. This is a semi-hard alloy consisting of approximately 63% copper and 37% zinc. In addition to the standard properties of brass, such as corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties, this specific grade is characterized by a good balance between strength and formability. The flatness and thickness tolerances comply with NEN EN 1652. It is no coincidence that this metal is one of the most commonly used brass grades.

Possible processing methods

We process brass in various ways. For example, we create custom brass components using laser cutting. This advanced technique is one of the fastest ways to produce custom work and ensures cuts with extremely precise tolerances. In addition, we offer various additional (post)processing options, such as bending, edge finishing, marking & engraving (for identification purposes), and thread tapping.
