Brass is reasonably flexible, which means it is easy to process brass. 247TailorSteel is also able to cut brass sheets to the desired length. Various methods are used to produce metal. 247TailorSteel is able to help you when it comes to laser cutting and bending brass, which are both non-machined techniques. We can customise your brass using the most advanced machines. Whether you need the material for industrial applications, for your interior or for a brass name plate, we are able to meet all requirements!

Custom-made brass sheets

247TailorSteel is not able to supply custom-made brass tubes. We only supply brass sheets. The custom-made brass sheets that we supply are Brass CuZn37 HH, which means they are semi-hard and can be used for many purposes. We can offer brass in the following thicknesses:

  • Brass sheet 1 mm
  • Brass sheet 1,5 mm
  • Brass sheet 2 mm
  • Brass sheet 3 mm

We use the latest laser cutting machines and press brakes to customise brass. Due to its high precision and freedom, laser cutting is a very popular processing technique. We are able to cut brass that is up to 3 mm thick.

In Sophia®, you can continue working on an existing project or start a new request. Upload your STEP, DWG/DXF or TUB file. Sophia® recognises the parts in the assemblies and checks them for manufacturability.

Select your desired delivery date

Once you have configured your parts, go to the checkout. Here you can choose your desired delivery date and delivery address. In most cases, it is possible to choose delivery within 48 hours. If you order ahead, you benefit from a lower price. You can order up to 8 weeks in advance.
