Our machinery is optimally equipped for laser cutting of your steel products. With a high cutting speed, even very complex structures can be handled. A beautiful cutting edge is guaranteed. 247TailorSteel cuts steel sheets up to a thickness of 25 mm. Let 247TailorSteel convince you of its consistent quality, whether for a single piece or large series.
Bending of steel
Our LVD ToolCell bending machines are fully CNC-controlled and well suited for the more complex bending work. Steel sheets are bent at all common angles and the spring back correction ensures accurate work, as you would expect from 247TailorSteel.
Edge finishing of steel
In order to prevent sharp edges on metal sheets after laser cutting and to remove even the smallest burrs, 247TailorSteel also provides edge finishing as a post-processing operation if required. Essential for the food industry and materials to be coated, among others. Edge finishing of steel is done on one of our six LISSMAC machines.
