Bending of aluminum
Our LVD ToolCell bending machines are fully CNC-controlled and well suited for more complex bending work. Aluminum sheets are bent at all common angles and the spring-back correction ensures accurate work, as you would expect from 247TailorSteel.
Edge finishing of aluminum
In order to prevent sharp edges on metal sheets after laser cutting and to remove even the smallest burrs, 247TailorSteel also provides edge finishing as a post-processing operation if required. Essential for the food industry and materials that are going to be coated, among others. Edge finishing of aluminum is done on one of our seven Timesavers machines.
