247TailorSteel has been active in the metalworking industry as a supplier of custom laser-cut sheet and tube metal for over 15 years. From then to now

247TailorSteel began in 2007 with two 5kW Trumpf laser machines. We currently operate over 60 TRUMPF flatbed lasers, 20 Adige tube laser cutters, 50 LVD ToolCell press brakes and 14 edge rounding machines, all running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our operations also extend to six sites: Varsseveld (NL), Oud Gastel (NL), Oyten (DE), Hilden (DE), Langenau (DE) and Hooglede (BE), comprising a combined workfloor area of over 185,000 m2. This growth has enabled us to achieve our goal of being within 250 km of our European customers. We are also fast becoming a leader in other European countries.

Online software Sophia®

Sophia® the online software of 247TailorSteel generates automated quotes and is linked directly to the smart factory, giving you full control over your order from drawing to finished product. This intelligent and user-friendly software analyses your (assembly) drawing and provides instant cost transparency.

Custom-made metalworking

Metalworking is the fabrication of metal to achieve a desired result. Sheet and tube metal is cut to size using a variety of techniques and specially adapted metalworking machinery.

Laser cutting

The latest generation of lasers is at your disposal, enabling you to transform your idea into reality. Our services range from prototyping to large mass-produced series. Keep control of your order and track it in Sophia®. If required, your order will be delivered within 48 hours.

Tube laser cutting

Machining metres of tubing into the perfect component? That’s a thing of the past. At 247TailorSteel, you order only what you need. Including the desired holes and notches! Your tubes are immediately usable as parts of the whole.

Bending

Use a single order to easily specify your product in the size and shape you want. To minimise the margin of error, our press brakes are automatically set to meet your specifications. Skilled employees check the product and transfer it to shipping.

Edge finishing

The finishing touch to your order: edge finishing. Have one or both sides of the product finished on one of our edge finishing machines. The product is given a honed appearance and stripped of any burrs. Perfect for your visible items.
