Competition Rules

Article 1. Organizer

Speed Week (hereinafter: the promotion) is organized by 247TailorSteel B.V., Markenweg 11, 7051 HS Varsseveld, the Netherlands (hereinafter: the organizer).

Article 2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., through Friday, October 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Dutch time).

Article 3. Participation

Every order placed and confirmed in Sophia® during the promotion period automatically counts as one entry for the drawing. The date of the order confirmation is decisive. Multiple orders mean multiple entries. No separate registration is required. Orders that are canceled, not picked up, or not delivered do not count.

The following applies additionally to participants in Belgium: when placing an order, the participant must submit an answer to the tiebreaker question. This tiebreaker question appears on the thank-you page after placing an order. Only orders with a submitted answer count toward the drawing.

Article 4. Participants

Participation is open to business customers of the organizer in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The country associated with the customer account determines which country’s prize pool the participant enters; customers in France automatically participate in Belgium’s prize pool and tiebreaker question.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of 247TailorSteel, their family members, and parties involved in the organization of this promotion are excluded.

Article 5. Prizes

The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: per country, 1 racing simulator session of up to 4 hours on-site, a karting outing with colleagues (up to 15 people) at a location chosen by 247TailorSteel, and 3 RC cars.

A maximum of one prize may be won per customer account (company level). Prizes are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable outside the winner’s company, and are subject to availability; the organizer may substitute a prize with an equivalent alternative. The prize will be awarded to the contact person for the customer account through which the winning order was placed. Any taxes on prizes will be borne by the organizer.

Article 6. Drawing and Announcement

For Belgium, the winners are the participants whose answer to the tiebreaker question is closest to the correct answer; in the event of a tie, the earliest submission time will determine the winner. For Germany and the Netherlands, the winners are determined by an impartial, random drawing from all valid entries. Winners will be determined within two weeks after the end of the promotion period and contacted personally using the information in their customer account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.

The winners will be announced on 247TailorSteel’s social media channels. By participating, the participant agrees that, if selected as a winner, his or her name, company name, and company logo will be published. Images of winners will only be used with their consent. Winners are warmly invited to share their prize via their own channels as well.

Article 7. Personal Data

Personal data will be processed in accordance with 247TailorSteel’s privacy policy and used exclusively for the purposes of this promotion, including the announcement of the winners as described in Article 6.

Article 8. Liability and Reservations

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances so require; an amended version will be published on the promotion page. The organizer is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the promotion or from the use of the prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 9. Acceptance and Governing Law

By participating, the participant accepts these rules. Dutch law governs this promotion. Questions about the promotion may be directed to marketing@247tailorsteel.com.
