Introduction of the new pallets
247TailorSteel delivers your orders on a pallet, depending on the size of your order. With immediate effect, we are gradually introducing our new, optimized 247TailorSteel pallets, which will gradually replace the previous models.
4-way pallets
Recent research has revealed potential for improvement in our large pallets. We are therefore introducing our new pallets in the following sizes with immediate effect:
- 2400x1180 mm
- 2400x1500 mm
- 3000x1180 mm
- 3000x1500 mm
Our new pallets are designed as 4-way pallets so that they can be easily lifted and moved from all four sides. Reinforced, non-protruding edges make them easier to handle and less susceptible to damage.
In addition, the new pallets are more compact and better stackable, allowing more returnable packaging to be transported per truck and increasing logistical efficiency. Whenever possible, your orders will already be delivered on these optimized pallets.
Introduction Germany and Belgium
The new pallets will initially be introduced in the Dutch branches in Varsseveld and Oud Gastel and in our German branch in Hilden. In the coming months, they will be gradually rolled out to other branches in Germany and Belgium.
