I am not satisfied with my order. Where can I report this?

We kindly ask you to submit your complaint via the support form in Sophia®. Please include the following information so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

General information:
  • Order number.
  • Part name or position number.
  • Number rejected.
  • Clear description of the complaint.
  • At least one photo in which the part (with complaint) is clearly visible.

 

Does it concern the flatness of sheet metal? Then also send:
  • Degree of deformation.
  • At least one photo showing the measurement.


Does it concern the bending of sheet metal? Then also send:
  • Dimensions of the setting.
  • Dimensions of the sides.
  • At least one photo showing the measured dimensions + the part clearly visible.

Does it concern one of the following? Then always send at least one photo:
  • Rust
  • Scratches
  • Burrs
  • Incorrect thickness
  • Wrong parts
  • (Transport) damage

 

If we can assess the parts properly based on photos, they do not need to be returned. Therefore, please provide clear and sharp photos.
