If you have a file with one of the extensions listed below, but are unable to submit it due to an error, our Customer Service team can assist you. Read here for possible reasons why Sophia® does not recognise your DXF/DWG files or STEP files.

• .iges
• .igs
• .nc
• .nc1
• .step
• .stp
• .tub

If you do not have a file, or if you have a file with a different extension, such as .pdf, we are unfortunately unable to help.
