Can I place an order without a file or drawing?
In our online software, Sophia®, you can only place an order using a valid CAD file. If you don’t have one, we can create it for you for a fee and upload it to Sophia®, so you can still place an order.
Note: Only businesses can place orders with us; individuals cannot.
What do you need to do?
Once approved, we’ll get to work converting your PDF file. We’ll then set up the file as a project in your Sophia® account. Here, you can specify the desired material, thickness, and quantity, among other things.
Finally, request a quote via Sophia® to have your product(s) manufactured and place your order with a single click.
Tip: In the future, you can easily place repeat orders using this project!

What do you need to do?
- Create an account for Sophia®
- Log in to Sophia®
- Go to Support (button in the top right corner)
- Select ‘Sales’ and then ‘CAD Conversion Request’
- Describe your order and upload your PDF file
- Click ‘Submit’
