Why does Sophia® not recognize my STEP file?

There can be various causes for this. Most are due to drawing errors, such as:

• An extra line has been drawn on a radius.
• A continuous radius has been drawn.
• No bending radius has been drawn for edge parts.
• An incorrect radius has been drawn for profiles.
• The radius has not been drawn cylindrically for edge parts.
