What happens to my shipment if I am not present?

In this case, our driver will contact you by phone using the phone number we have on file.

If the driver is able to reach you, it may be decided to unload the shipment. If this is not desirable, the driver will take your order back with them. Our Customer Service will then contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

If the driver is unable to reach you by phone, he or she will take your order back with them.

Please note: if we are unable to deliver on the agreed date due to your absence, you will be charged the shipping costs for the next delivery.
