What does the dashboard in Sophia® consist of?

When you log in to Sophia®, you will always be taken to your dashboard. This consists of three important elements.

  1. Top navigation bar
  2. Start new request
  3. Tabs

The top navigation bar contains links to your dashboard, Sophia® updates, submission guidelines, frequently asked questions and news. You can also select a different language for Sophia® or submit a support ticket here. In addition, there is a button on the far right to manage your account.

Use the “Start new request” button to start a new project.

Each project consists of one or more technical drawings uploaded by you and assigned configurations, such as material type, thickness and other finishes. You can request a quote with the project. If you agree, you can place an order. As soon as we ship the goods, we will also send you the invoice.

This covers almost all of the tabs:

  • Quotes: This is where you will find all your quotes (submitted, expired and open).
  • Projects: This is where you will find all your projects.
  • Parts library: Read more here.
  • Orders: This is where you will find all your orders.
  • Invoices: This is where you will find all your outstanding invoices. 

You can use the handy search function within each tab. For example, to find specific quotations, projects or orders. And even to search for all projects of a specific person, for example.
