Why is the return packaging form not visible?

If you cannot see the return packaging form on this page, you need to accept all cookies. You can do this as follows.

1. Click on the blue circle with the paperclip icon at the bottom left.

2. Click on ‘Change your consent’.

3.  Finally, click on ‘Accept all’.

Then refresh the page or reopen it. The form should now be visible at the bottom of the page.
