When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on the date you selected when placing your order in Sophia®. 

You can find this date in the following places:

• In Sophia®, you can find all your orders under the tab 'Orders'. Find the relevant order, open it, and you will see the agreed delivery date.
• On the order confirmation that you received by email after placing your order.
