How do I assign rights to users?
Log in to Sophia®, click on your name in the top right corner and then on ‘Users & rights’.
You will now see an overview of all users within your organization.
You can assign rights to each user. Simply click on the desired right to enable it (slider on the right) or disable it (slider on the left). Users will not be notified of any changes to their rights.
The changes are saved automatically, so you do not need to confirm them again.
There are three rights that can be assigned to users:
- Placing orders
- Granting rights
- Viewing invoices
You decide separately for each of these three rights whether you want to grant permission for an account. An account can therefore be granted one, two, or three rights.
Only the administrator (the owner of the main account) and users who are authorized to grant rights have permission to grant rights to other users.
