How can I prevent microjoints?

Unfortunately, you cannot prevent this.

Microjoints – also known as tabs and bridges – are small remaining connections between the cut-out part and the entire sheet. They hold the small, cut-out parts in place. This prevents the cut-out parts from shifting in the machine during laser cutting or falling out of the sheet when the sheet is moved.

So, our products may have microjoints. Of course, you can still file or grind these yourself.
