How can I change the reference of a quote?

You can edit the reference number and/or description of a quote as follows:

1. Log in to Sophia®.
2. Go to the “Quotes” tab.
3. Click on the desired quote.
4. Click on the pencil icon to the left of the reference and/or description.
5. Edit the reference and/or description.
6. Save.

You can then place the order or, if desired, download the revised quote in PDF or XML format.

It is also possible to edit the reference and description during checkout.

The above is only possible for quotes that are still valid (quotes expire within 48 hours).
