How does delivery work?

On the day of shipment, you will receive an email in the morning. Depending on your chosen delivery method, this email will contain an estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is always between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 

When our driver arrives at your location, he or she will first check whether someone is present. Only then will your order be unloaded.

At this time, you can also have previously delivered pallets and/or pallet collars picked up ( if available for your country).
